• Plaketciniz: Is obligated to perform audit procedures with professionalism and diligence, issuing certifications based exclusively on the objective analysis of the provided information and applicable standards.
• Both parties commit to acting in good faith and protecting the confidentiality of sensitive information exchanged.

3. Limitation of Liability

The certificates issued by Plaketciniz constitute a professional opinion based on the data examined on a specific date. We do not guarantee future investment results, the obtaining of financing, nor do we assume responsibility for decisions made by third parties based on our reports. Our maximum liability, in any case, shall be limited to the total amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

4. Payment Terms and Modifications

Services are invoiced according to the agreed fee. Payments are non-refundable once the audit work has begun. We reserve the right to modify our fees and these Terms of Use. Changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect services previously contracted under the terms in force at that time.

5. Service Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship due to a material breach of these terms by the other party. Plaketciniz may suspend or cancel access to the services in case of well-founded suspicion of fraud or provision of false information.
